More Than a Career
Krista experienced the healing power of a beautiful garden firsthand which started her on a path to sharing her unique talents with others. A gardener at heart, Krista grew up in a family of avid gardeners. She began designing gardens back in 2000 and draws inspiration from art, travel, nature and the beautiful people for whom she is designing.
Over the years, Krista has won numerous awards for her work including winning HGTV’s Landscaper’s Challenge, San Diego County’s Water Wise Garden of the Year (for her own garden) and The Mission Hills Garden Club’s Green Thumb Award (three times). Her work has also been featured in San Diego Home/Garden Lifestyles magazine.
Krista Listens and Exceeds Expectations.
Krista interprets her clients’ needs and goals into custom designs that deliver value and lasting beauty rather than chase a trend or promote a singular aesthetic. She truly listens to her clients and uses her decades of experience in design and gardening, her study of architecture, and her extensive travels to gardens all over the world to transform each home.
Her experience in landscape construction helps her clients achieve goals while working with neighbors, HOAs, and local municipalities. She feels extremely grateful for her clients and the tradespeople with whom she works in achieving these beautiful transformations.
